Stacked Filters (Lenticular Filters) are used in a wide field of industrial, pharmaceutical, cosmetical filtration application also in food and beverage. This kind of filtration is mainly used for particle filtration, clarification and decolorization.

The high-end filter housings CVM for lenticular filters/stacked filters from Sefiltec are available in 8-inch, 12-inch and 16-inch diameter up to 4 filter height, depending on application and flow-rate. Therefore, the housings are available as single filter up to 4 filters housings. The center-post is also interchangeable for use of different quantities of stacked filters in the housing.

The housings are available in wide range of materials of construction as stainless steel 1.4404 /V4A / 316L and Hastelloy C22 (2.4602). The standard surface is acid treatment but also mechanical and electro-polished versions are available. The required gaskets are in different materials e.g. Buna, EPDM, Viton and FEP-encapsulated Silicone. The size and type for inlet and outlet are according your needs. Additional drains and vents are available upon request.
